I went back to my roots with candid street photography for this client work… International Community School (ICS) commissioned me to document their usual school activities to create an image library they can use for their marketing collaterals. For 4 days, we went from one class to another, shooting their everyday liveliness capturing that energy they have in school. The kids are surprisingly nonchalant with a photographer running around the classroom taking pictures in every direction.

It was quite exhilarating, your sense become heightened watching and waiting… anticipating those moments to capture. Very similar to shooting in the streets. Sometimes you miss, sometimes you get hits. After 4 days of shooting, I was able to gather a good collection of school images that client was happy with.

Thank you so much, Shinhe, for giving me the opportunity to photograph for your school :)
